Experience teamwork and student life in Brno
Education at Brno University of Technology definitely doesn’t just take place in classrooms. It’s proven by professional internships and student creative teams where students work on innovative solutions and turn ideas into reality – from building racing cars or aircraft to developing satellites, drones and rovers for space exploration. With many of their technologies, these teams take part in regional and international competitions, and their success shows that passion, creativity and collaboration are the keys to achievement.

And on top of that, there’s Brno – a vibrant and friendly city that gives studying at BUT a truly exceptional dimension. It not only offers excellent study facilities but is also the number one student city in the Czech Republic! It’s full of cafés, cultural events, great job opportunities and community spaces where students meet, create and inspire each other.

BUT opens the way for you
Brno University of Technology aims to attract future students not only with a wide range of study options or a rich university life, but also through its new admissions campaign. The campaign builds on previous concepts such as #TadyMůžeš (“Here You Can”) and shows that studying at BUT can be the beginning of exceptional professional and personal journeys.

The first part of the campaign features three successful alumni – Martin Šula, Kateřina Mačišáková and Jiří Pech – and shows applicants what they can achieve thanks to studying at BUT. “This year we invited BUT alumni to take part in the admissions campaign. We want to show high school students that studying at a technical university opens up a wide range of opportunities – whether as employees, entrepreneurs, academics or researchers – while respecting their values and goals,” explained Markéta Soukupová, Head of Marketing at BUT.

The second part of the campaign features current BUT students, who show applicants real student life at the university and the benefits that come with it. “I’m very pleased with the enthusiasm our students showed when joining the campaign. Through photos, videos and interviews, they present the real university environment and all the opportunities it offers – both academic and extracurricular. High school students can see that university life is not just about studying, but about a broader and richer ecosystem worth experiencing,” highlighted Helena Sadílková, coordinator of the admissions campaign at BUT.

Whether you're drawn to modern technologies, cutting-edge science or creative work, don’t hesitate and apply to BUT!
