Move Through Exams: Free Sports Activities at BUT to Keep You Energized
Exam season can be both a mental and physical challenge. Long hours over textbooks, sitting at a computer, and the stress of looming deadlines can affect your focus and overall well-being. That’s why it’s so important to break up your study time with movement – it helps improve concentration, reduces tension, and supports your mental health. At BUT, you have the perfect conditions for this during exams – the university offers a wide range of free physical activities for students to enjoy.
