PerFEKT Business Day 2026 Connected Research with Industry

On 19 May 2026, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Communication at Brno University of Technology hosted another edition of PerFEKT Business Day, bringing together leading technology companies interested in collaborating with academia. Among the guests were representatives of ABB, ČEZ, Siemens, and Thermo Fisher Scientific, along with other industrial partners.

The participants were welcomed by Vice-Deans Jan Bárta and Michal Kubíček, who presented opportunities for cooperation between the faculty and industry. The programme continued with a series of short presentations in which FEEC researchers showcased the latest results of their work in the fields of artificial intelligence, energy systems, e-mobility, data communications, power electronics, cybersecurity, and other emerging areas of research.

The event also featured expert discussions and guided tours of specialized laboratories, offering participants a closer look at the faculty’s state-of-the-art equipment and research infrastructure. PerFEKT Business Day provided an excellent platform for networking, knowledge exchange, and exploring opportunities for future joint projects between academia and industry.
