Our students from the YSpace, Brno Mars Rover, and Spice VUT teams didn’t shy away from even the biggest challenges and developed designs for unconventional caps, smart backpacks, and robots. During March and April, six meetings of inventors of all ages took place at our faculty.
In addition to refining the projects, we also opened our facilities to the students:
From a crazy idea to a working prototype: FEKT VUT in the MyMachine project
Our faculty has become a key link in the unique chain of the MyMachine Czechia project. The project combines children’s imagination with the technical skills of our students and hands-on workshop experience. In addition to refining the projects, we also opened our facilities to the students:
- The Elektrikárium playroom and robotics labs were a huge success.
- At the workshops, participants tried their hand at working with chips, circuits, and the Micro:bit platform.
- High school students also got a behind-the-scenes look at the study programs at our departments.
